Espresso Martini.
A rich and aromatic cocktail combining vodka, coffee, and sweetness into a smooth after-dinner drink.
Backstory & Character
"Created in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell for a guest who wanted something to “wake her up”."
The Method
Step by Step
Brew a fresh espresso shot and let it cool slightly. Combine vodka, Kahlúa, fresh espresso and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake very hard for 15 seconds to build a frothy crema. Fine-strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans placed on the foam.
